Wabash
A section dedicated to my professional internship as a Parts & Services and Sales Intern with Wabash, the visionary leader of engineered solutions for the transportation, logistics, and distribution industries.

Problem Identification
During my internship, I was given a problem I would solve over the Summer. We first identified that we had a lack of our current dealer's capabilities across our different value streams including Sales, Parts, and Services.

Dealer Development
After realizing the problem at hand, I worked internally with our Strategic Dealer Account Directors to understand our dealers better. From there, I organized individual meetings with all of our 23 dealers to understand their current capabilities as well as various information regarding their business.

Dealer Matrix
After collecting our dealer's capabilities, I designed our full matrix highlighting the most important information relevant to our network.

I also created a summarized version of our matrix to show how expansive our dealer network is and to show how much more it can grow.
